At 2:00 pm on December 27, 2017, Changyu Glass TPM-6S Phase III Summary and Phase IV Kick-off Meeting was held in Conference Room 3 of the company. A total of more than 100 people related to the project participated in the meeting, which was presided over by Zhang Zunhou.

The meeting consisted of education and training modules, AM modules, PM modules, and lean teams to report on the development process, results, and existing problems. Proposed solutions and work plans for next year.

Mr. Wu from Beijing Guanzhuo Consulting conducted an overall review and evaluation of the project development process this year, and based on the actual progress of the first three phases of the project, he also gave pertinent suggestions for the company's independent promotion of the fourth phase of the project. At the same time, he put forward his best wishes for the development of the fourth phase of the project in 2018.

Director Yang Chenghao also gave a brief speech at the meeting, affirming that the company has undergone tremendous changes before and after the project. Changyu Glass has already taken the lead in the same industry in terms of TPM-6S, but also pointed out that it is still far from our goal. We call on all staff to participate, once again declare war on the three major pollution sources (dust, oil, and broken glass) at the production site, and encourage all colleagues to continue to work hard for the fourth phase of the project.

In the cheerful music, Mr. Li and Mr. Yang presented on-site awards to outstanding individuals and teams in the promotion process, including 21 outstanding individuals, 4 outstanding lean teams, and 2 antelope teams; project director of Beijing Guanzhuo Consulting Co., Ltd. Liao Wei awarded the lean supervisor certificate to the professional backbone who passed the certification in the project.

Finally, Mr. Tang announced the organizational structure and division of labor independently promoted by the company, and pointed out that tpm-6s work cannot be completed in three to five years. It will be a long-term work for the company. After four consecutive years of project development, we have achieved gratitude. Achievements and progress, but there are still problems such as insufficient understanding, insufficient participation, poor execution, and lax assessment. It is hoped that personnel at all levels will pay attention to the problem in order to achieve greater results in the future.

2018, let us roll up our sleeves and work hard together! Because TPM-6S has no end!
