Changyu glass wine bottles have five classic colors: antique green, dead leaf yellow, French green, white material, and champagne green. The capacity is from 100ml to 6000ml, and the bottom of the glass can be up to 55mm. The glass container can be printed in six colors. For deep processing such as frosting, all products are packaged in heat-shrinkable pallets or wrapped in plastic film or cartons and combinations thereof. The product uses Italian Bottero's advanced bottle production line and French SGCC full-function automatic online inspection machine, which is suitable for the continuous production of various batches and large-volume bottles.
Changyu Glass adopts advanced production technology and selects raw materials suitable for the production of daily-use glass packaging containers. The whole process of batching, melting and bottle making adopts computer automatic control, constant temperature electric heating or natural gas annealing, enhanced cold and hot end spraying, and the product has a smooth appearance and stable quality. Relying on the ISO9000 quality management system, the online quality inspection uses MX4, Mcal4, and multi4 to control the appearance quality defects such as the inner diameter of the bottle mouth, the surface of the mouth and the cracks, and realizes the online real-time detection of the wall thickness of the glass packaging container through NCT and NCT+. Realize online real-time detection of cracks in glass packaging containers, and real-time detection of ovality of online glass packaging containers through OVAL; laboratory quality testing focuses on quantitative index control, such as the use of advanced DSG automatic glass packaging container measurement equipment from AGR in the United States. Carry out automatic measurement of specifications and real-time records; use FHT automatic water capacity tester from AGR of the United States for capacity test; use Φ 300mm digital measuring projector to accurately measure the dimensions of the threaded mouth; use PERFILAB bottle mouth The inner diameter precision measuring instrument detects the inner diameter of the bottle mouth at a distance of 0.5mm; it adopts the AGR hot-end spraying measurement system...The perfect combination of digital quality control and electronic VERTECH quality information acquisition system creates excellent product quality.
